Roger,
I will add my voice to the chorus here.

Speaking for myself [Jarrett Bay’s Hatteras Technical Service School] was terrific. I cant say it any better than the prior posts but I would recommend this to ANY hatteras owner, large or small, older or newer boats.

Bruce [Morrison] and Roger [Wetherington] were astounding in their encyclopedic knowledge of all our boats.

From memory they could diagnose and recommend (from decades of first hand experience) repairs or installations.

For example, I am considering installing Glendenning Shore Power units on my 58 MY and Bruce, while driving his truck, completely laid out the installation down to where there was space behind panels etc.

Jarrett Bay is great facility as well. Makes you realize how awful the yards are around here. I know this sounds like im shilling but If someone is refitting an older Hatt, you have to ask yourself why wouldn’t you use a company that has the foresight to hire two of the most experienced individuals there are when it comes to our boats.

This is a total turn around for me BTW I would not have considered adding the cost of a trip from NY to NC to the cost of a re-power but now I think it would be hard to NOT justify it given their institutional knowledge.
