I just wanted to take a moment and tell you that you have by far the most professional and friendly group of people working for you. From the folks who manage your Facebook and Twitter accounts to the employees in the “Boathouse,” you truly do treat people with respect. I’ve only purchased clothing and small gift items from Jarrett Bay, but what I have noticed is that I still receive the same respect as someone who may be having a multi-million dollar boat built. That really goes a long way with me as I admire your yachts and although I’m not in a position to own one, you all still see my value as a customer and for a young guy starting out that impacts me in a positive way. When I received my order, not only were both items that I had ordered gift wrapped (which I had not asked for but was a pleasant surprise!), but also enclosed was a hand written note from her thanking me for my business. I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how impressed I was with you and your Company’s service. I can’t believe that my order arrived in less than 24 hours from placing it! Now that’s what I call service!!!! The handwritten note was also very much appreciated. It’s the first time I have ever received a handwritten thank you from ANY company I have ordered from. (Thanks for the pen, sticker, and cute little hanging fob too!!)The belt is better looking than I imagined it would be and my husband is going to love it.
