Jan, After hitting a rock in the “rock pile” last week, I went to Jarrett Bay for service at the very strong urging of Marc Thomas. We arrived at 1030 and went directly into the slings which were ready and waiting for us. By 1730 we were back in the water and good to go.” Jeff, Joel and Josh were innovative in restoring our struts and exhibited a sense of urgency and level of customer commitment that I have never seen in the boating industry. Most yards don’t even know how far they are from even acceptable much less the exceptional performance of Jarrett Bay Service.

Thank you for trying the plug to prove the boats performance. It also rested any issues concerning load that might be causing the overheating.

Following up on last fall’s hull work, the 61′ Sea Striker (Jarrett Bay’s 23rd hull) is back for the winter, after a great summer and fall season of fishing.
During her stay over the next couple of months, the covering boards will be stripped, a new base layer of okume plywood will be added and then finished with all new teak. In addition, the cockpit floor/sub-floor will be cut out and replaced, also getting new teak decking. With the sub-floor out for a short amount of time, it’s also a perfect opportunity to replace any necessary hosing or wiring to ensure peak performance down the road.

To whom it may concern, just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know what a great experience we had at your facility. I was delivering a 53 Sunseeker to Palm Beach when we began having an RPM issue. Knowing it to be fuel related we made arrangements to stop at your yard for a quick filter change. Just north of your marina we began to have additional problems. We had to drop anchor in the channel just south of the bridge. Your dock master Bill was very responsive and sent a skiff out to get us to the yard. We were able to get one engine and the bow thruster working again and were able to limp down to the marina. But just wanted to let you know how professional your staff reacted to our troubles. I would only hope my staff would react in this manner.

I am the captain of the Fish Tank, a 2012 GT63 Hatteras. We have been at your yard for the past couple months for warranty work for Hatteras as well as some extras. I wanted to express my gratitude to your project manager Jim McCarley. It is rare in this industry to have a good, let alone pleasant experience at a boat yard. Jim was by far the best PM I have ever worked with in a yard. He went above and beyond his obligations in my opinion. He answered his phone well into the night regarding issues with the boat and bent over backwards in many instances to appease myself and more importantly the owners. Just want to drop you a note and say “THANKS” to you and all the staff at Jarrett Bay for another great haul out experience. On this, my third visit since I bought Alchemy in 2004, Jarrett Bay continues to set the standard for how a top notch service facility should be run. The staff is professional, the work completed on-time and on-budget!!, and the results are fantastic. I don’t think the boat has ever felt so smooth, now that the Prop-Speed has been applied. It is always a pleasure to have the boat out of the water in a organized, secure, well run yard.

Jarrett bay did the best work on my boat. She had been sitting for 5 years on the hard and within a week she’s back in the water running like a dream. These people are not only professionals, and true craftsmen, but they are nice people whom I now consider friends.
Young Josh brought my old Yanmar back to life. Just keep the cold Mountain Dews comming and he makes it happen. Thanks Josh. By the way Keith, thanks for the cold milk when I needed it, lol. Jarrett bay is now double checking my cooling system to make sure it’s perfect. I love these guys.

I am very happy with the way things are going in the yard. Everyone is so respectful of the boat and seem to really work as a team. Roger is amazing as always. He addresses any issues that I might have during the time in the yard with no hesitation.
I know I am a tough customer that expects a high level of work, but at the same time I am fiercely loyal with the people I do business with. Many people told me I was crazy not to have the work done at Rybovich, but after my time here I know for sure I made the right choice. I will do what I can to help promote boat sales and yard work for Jarrett Bay.
