The Jarrett Bay service and repair facility can handle virtually any project on any vessel up to 200 feet, with a draft of up to 10 feet. Haulout refit or repair service for vessels up to 135 feet is where we have the advantage over our competitors in the region thanks to 220-, 75- and 50-ton travel lifts, a 12-foot mean low water basin and a host of highly skilled craftsmen on-site.

We lay claim to a state of the art paint facility, with a crew factory-trained in the Alexseal advanced coatings sytem. Our team also prides themselves on their exceptional wood work, carpentry, fiberglass repair, metal machining, prop tuning, interior design, plumbing and electrical work. Looking for affordable space and materials for a do-it-yourself project? Custom Marine Interiors

The on-site team of interior designers is ready to help you create or renovate the boat of your dreams. With their particular attention to detail and first-hand knowledge of the varied marine environment, they can handle all of your vessel’s interior needs. From commercial vessels to cabin cruisers, sportfishing boats to megayachts, you’ll find functional, stylish and elegant interior solutions. A full-service design showroom features hundreds of samples, patterns and ideas to choose from. Interior design services include:

Metal Fabrication

The Jarrett Bay Aluminum Fabrication Facility comprises a highly skilled staff of A.W.S. Certified welders with decades of experience in the industry. The facility is set up to handle any fabrication process requiring MIG, TIG and plasma cutting up to ¾” thick. Custom anodized aluminum and aluminum fabrication services include:

• Hull repair
• Davit design and repair
• Bow, hand rails, ladders and cockpit shades
• Custom tuna tower design, installation and repair
• Engine beds
• Poling platforms
• Custom half towers
• Dingy and PWC chocks

Additional Services
