Mollywhopper

This 46′ sportfish built in 1982 by the legendary Merritt Boat and Engine Works was initially splashed as Full Count before changing hands and becoming known as Gracious. Over thirty years later, in the care of the expert service staff here at Jarrett Bay, the transom was stripped down and her new name, Mollie Whopper, hand painted by Josh Everett before being lavished with 20 coats of clear gloss for a smooth, glassy finish. Our team also performed various topside repairs and paint touch-ups, along with re-caulking the windows. Bottom work and repainting, in addition to some light updating of plumbing and mechanicals in the engine room, rounded out the recommissioning of this classic sportfish boat. Here at Jarrett Bay we feel privileged and honored to have the opportunity to care for this classic Merritt boat and become part of the heritage that it exudes; from one family of custom sportfishing boat builders to another.
