Our latest renderings show the carbon fiber stringers with a proprietary center core. Their strength and weight is something we have never seen before, similar to the bulkheads we showed you earlier. An unprecedented amount of engineering and modeling has gone into this build. We have included a couple of non-proprietary computer models as examples. A couple of more teasers: independent 3-D tunnel molds, five watertight chambers, including a frontal crush zone, a layer of Kevlar designed to diffuse frontal impacts, a vertical center of gravity 4 ½ feet above the waterline, and structural rigidity designed to maximize functionality of a Seakeeper 35 gyro are also part of the build. Don’t worry, our engineering and material science teams have done most of this with the military on several occasions! We also do destructive testing on all structural elements!
