Running in a mean three-foot chop stacked close and tight, I expected to see why Rough Point got its name. But Jarrett Bay’s new 32 Walkaround made it feel as if I were running around Point Pleasant. It didn’t matter if we ran into a head sea, beam sea, or following sea; the sharp entry sliced and diced while the broad Carolina flare pushed away water like a Mack truck with a snow plow.
