This note is long overdue, but l wish to express my appreciation for the kind help and attention shown to me by your store manager, Mr. Richard Melke. When I was in your area back in June 2020, My wife and I were Northbound aboard our sailing vessel Sin’e. While there I had a technician aboard to diagnose a nagging electrical problem. The problem was resolved but I was then in need of a new battery charger for my starting battery. The type needed was not available on-premises and Mr. Melke dispatched one of his personnel to Beaufort to obtain the necessary device and provide it to me. The charges were very reasonable and his attention turned a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. His help was beyond anything I had anticipated and is an indication of his kindness and his attention and commitment to fine customer service. He is certainly a credit to your organization.
